When upheld properly are all fulfilling and provide all the basic needs for our survival and success as individuals, families, churches, schools, communities, societies, markets, states, civilizations, and as a species group ultimately.

Right to Life. I have the right to water, food, clothing shelter, and utilities so as to provide for my basic survival needs and the means to an end by which my life can be maintained and my right to life upheld. Right now it's maintained by me and those who can help me afford those things that keep me alive. With the right to life though, I should be provided all those things that keep me alive by those that can and should uphold my right to life.

Principle Arguement:
If I have the right to life I have the right to that which keeps me alive. I have the right to drink water right? Yes, that will keep me alive. So, if I need some water I have the right to drink it, to go get it to drink, or to procure it for drinking at some point in time, because God knows Im going to need it as it is needed to keep me alive. It is a need that must be met to be a living life form alive and well. It can be argued that I have the right to drink water, and that I have a right to it, any and all needed said water, because without it I die and my life is not rightly kept. So I have the right to go find some water and procure it for keeping me alive, like all other humans correct? I can then just go out and get some water from wherever water is for free or have it piped in for free because it is a basic part of having my inalienable right to life upheld by the government that purports that we have such rights with its first age old official governmental document outlining our rights and our reservations to a clear extent. I have the right to life, therefore I have the right to anything that keeps me alive de facto, and I am at liberty to go out and get it by taking it from those with it that can supply it without themselves losing the upholding of their rights as well, without needing to compensate anyone ever. I am well aware that the govt. can and should foot the bill for all the basic survival needs, the basic mobility and tranquility needs, and the basic financial, educational, informational, and biological needs of all children, women, and men here and abroad if U.S. citizens. Even if under detention for some offense, the monies that would go to a stipend of some kind would go to a victim fund, a restitution fund, and a recidivism fund to help the eventually freed inmate return to society and have sure footing to prevent relapse into the penal system.
All basic welfare needs should be met by the governing body when and where possible by a $2,500.00 per month stipend to any and all citizens capable of possessing and using such as stipend.
We have the right to life, and so we have the right to take what we need, when we need it from wherever it can be gotten from so long as the giving party does not loose their inalienable rights also.
I have the inalienable right to go out, get water, food, clothing, shelter, and utilities without cost and without an expectation of cost or denial of right by arrest, incarceration, or other detrimental occurrence preventing me from acquiring any life sustaining, liberty maintaining, or pursuit of happiness guaranteeing necessity, essential, or need. Right to Pursuit Happiness gives the right to joyful experiences of mind through education, Pre-K to Post Doctorate free and clear as far as the mind can take you. Right to Life mandates free food all students, faculty, fellows, and staff always. Also includes enjoyment of the Arts, Music, Film, Theater, Gaming, Sports, Recreation, and Outdoor Adventuring!
Right to Pursuit Happiness gives the right to experience for the sake of the body, healthcare, from pregnancy funding to free MRI's, prescription meds and therapy as well as any other needed health or bodily concern should be taken care of by the governing body, not the people who have the rightto freedom from the burden of expense, plain and simple. We will have our cake and eat it too one day. We will have our inalienable rights upheld and all will be well. No more horrid fear of loss of all due to not being able to afford rent, or car insurance or groceries, or gas, or much needed meds. Almost all of us live in fear of total loss of life and liberty and opportunities to pursuit happiness because we lost a job for being late one sleepy Sunday morning and evrything just caved in on us until we had nothing left but a car to sleep in. And even then, where? Rest areas? What happens when the gas runs out and theres no one to help you out? US government plainly lets you fall through the cracks into obscurity and early demise due to what appears to be some form of institutionalized apartheid population reduction scheme through abject abandonment and displacement procedures of the most inane kind.
